Distribution boards RS with IP 40 a IP 54 shielding

The basic body of the box is a steel-plate weldment, which is 2 mm thick, and consists of the top and bottom covers, front and back posts. In the centre,the posts are connected by means of stiffeners. In the case of protection to IP54, profiled packing is slipped over the door hole. The back cover can be removed.The door is from steel plate, 2 mm thick, and reinforced with an assembly bar along the periphery. It can be left or right, and is fixed to the frame by means of three hinges. The door is closed by means of three-point perch lock doppelbart 5 (lock with a tipping handle upon request). Outlets are led through holes in the bottom and top covers; a cable holder can be mounted to the bottom cover, on which cable clamps are fixed. By means of sliding barriers mounted to the bottom cover, the gap for cabling can be adjusted. (In the IP 40 version, there is a hole without barriers at the bottom - must be ordered). A removable top cover is mounted to the top cover. The control board is equipped with earthing screws and four holes in the bottom cover intended for fixing a base, and four holes in the top cover intended for spring eyes for easy transport and handling. The max. load of the installed instrument filling is 300 kg. The inside is equipped with a 25-mm screen, which facilitates the installation of instruments in the control board. The surface finish of the distribution board has been done by top-quality and abrasion-resistant powder spraying, shade RAL 7032. Standard equipment - a frame including door, back and top cover, 2 pieces of stiffeners and sliding barriers (with IP 54 only). Accessories - sides, galvanised assembly panel 2.5 mm, panel holders and panel sliders, cable holder, base, connecting set, assembly bars, etc. Non-standard manufacture: Various size and various shades according to the RAL colour card, Two-winged door, glazed door, Perforation, including instrument filling, Improved corrosion resistance - galvanised foundation, Stainless steel version, either ground or varnished.
