19“ CONTROL BOARDS R ..UP a R ..UP2
The 19" single and sectional control boards have been designed for data distribution system with protection to IP 30 and with optional increase of protection up to IP 54. Side air holes. Wall version.
Control board structure
The control board consists of a welded box with two sliding adjustable vertical bars for gripping the 19"mechanics. In top and bottom parts, the istribution board sides are equipped with air holes. The cabling inlet is covered with a sliding cap in the top and bottom parts of the control board; in the fixed back in the case of sectional types. The door is glazed and lockable. It can be easily changed over to the right-side or left-side opening. In the case of a sectional distribution board, the back part (100 mm deep) can be locked with the same key; the lifting enables easy access from behind. The back side contains holes for fixing to the wall. The maximum permitted load is 40 kg. Standard equipment - 1 pair of 19" vertical bars, front glazed door with lock, (sectional part - the back part with lock), earthing set.

19“ DISTRIBUTION BOX RS (welded)
The 19" distribution box has been designed for data distribution system with protection to IP 30 protection classification IP 54 to order). Welded structure. Air holes in the top cover. Option of arrangement of control boards in line. Stand version.
Height 15U, 18U, 22U, 27U, 32U, 37U, 42U a 45U.
Control board structure
The control board consists of a self-supporting welded steel-plate frame with four sliding adjustable vertical bars for gripping the 19"mechanics (optional gripping of 21"mechanics with control boards, which are 800 mm wide). The control board cover is equipped with vent holes. In the bottom part, there is a sliding barrier for supply lead. The control board is equipped with a 50-mm base. The stability of the control board is ensured by four adjustable feet. The door is glazed and lockable. It can be easily changed over to the right-side or left-side opening. The removable back enables access to the installed equipment. This back can be replaced by door. The side covers can be easily removed from the outside without having to use any tools, and they are adapted for optional lock. The top of the frame is adapted for installation of a vent unit. To order, we manufacture also server control boards, which are 900 mm and 1000 mm deep. The maximum permitted load is 300 kg. The surface finish of the control board has been done by top-quality and abrasion-resistant powder spraying, shade RAL 7032 (upon request according to the RAL colour card). Standard equipment - 2 pairs of 19" vertical bars, 1 pair of removable sides without locks, front glazed door with lock, solid back cover, top cover with side holes, base, adjustable feet.
